Permit(s) Summary Information

Overview

Air Service’s third-level menu, Permit(s), of the Facility tab allows you to view a list of all permits, in read-only format, that have been issued by the Ohio EPA in the past. This page also allows you to download a specific permit document, through a hyperlink for each permit action.

Permit(s) List

The following datagrid of information will appear when you access the third-level menu, Permit(s):

• Permit number: the permit number assigned to the permit by Ohio EPA.
  
  
• Type: indicates the type of permit that was issued.
  
  
• Draft, PPP (preliminarily proposed (Title V only)), PP (proposed (Title V only)) and Final Issuance columns: includes the following fields for each possible issuance type:
  
  
  • Date: indicates the date the specific permit action (Draft, PPP, PP or Final) was issued by Ohio EPA.
    
    
  • Document: the title of the permit document (e.g., Draft Title V Permit) displayed as a hyperlink for downloading the document as issued.
• Expiration Date: indicates the date permit expires.
