The third-level menu, Application(s),
of your Air
Services
Home tab
contains a datagrid of all applications, in read-only format, that have
been submitted to the Ohio EPA in the past. The following fields are
displayed in the datagrid:
Request
number: The application number assigned to the
application,
displayed as a hyperlink for accessing the Application Detail
page
where you can view the application that was submitted.
Request
Type: Indicates the type of application being
submitted.
Received
Date: Indicates the date the application was
received by the
DO/LAA (i.e., the date the application was electronically submitted or a hardcopy was recieved).
Previous
application number: Will identify a request number
if another application exists for the emissions unit(s); for example if a
corrected copy was requested. This will display the Request number of the application being corrected.
General
Permit: Will identify the type (e.g., Boilers)
if
the
application is for an emissions unit requesting coverage under a General Permit.
