The third-level menu, Compliance Reports, of your Air
Services Home tab contains a datagrid of all compliance reports, in read-only format,
that have been submitted to the Ohio EPA. The following fields are displayed in the
datagrid:
Report
Id:Unique ID generated by the
system for the associated compliance report, displayed as a hyperlink for
accessing the
Compliance Report Detail pagewhere you can view the compliance
report that was submitted.
Report
Type: Description of the associated compliance report
as either TV
Annual Compliance Certification, Permit Evaluation
ReportorOther Compliance Report.Other Compliance Reportrepresents several different types of compliance reports that can
be submitted using a standard template and attaching the actual
report.The exact type is selected
at the time of electronic entry into the system and is displayed in this datagrid
under the field Category.
Description: For Other Compliance Report types only, the unique description of the report as
entered during electronic submission.
Category:Description of Other Compliance Reportas selected from a pick list during the electronic submittal
process.
Submitted
Date:Date the report was submitted.
Period: This is the period of time for which compliance is being
reported.
Report Status:Indicates either Draft orSubmitted. Draftindicates the report was submitted in hard copy form and electronic
entry has begun by Ohio EPA staff but it has not been submitted electronically
yet.This does not affect the actual
received date recorded by Ohio EPA when you submit a hard copy report.
