| Freepoint Eco-Systems is requesting a Chapter 31 modification for T001, T002, and T003 to reflect a revised design for these storage vessels. All three storage vessels will be identical internal floating roof storage tanks, and each tank will store the same blended pyrolysis oil product. Freepoint is also requesting a Chapter 31 modification for the railcar loading rack (J001) to reflect the material properties of the blended pyrolysis oil product. | ||
